Welcome to The Ponds of Caledonia, a conservation subdivision located 1/4 mile east of I-94 off of Hwy G - allowing for easy access to commercial areas while still being tucked away in a calm, peaceful natural setting.

The 17 lots are surrounded by natural wetlands and encircle the focal point of this development - the ponds. The open space, along with walking trails and gazebo, is commonly owned by a homeowners association - so all residents of this community can be assured that it will remain preserved for years to come.

Lots 12-17 were designed as equestrian lots, but are not limited to such.
